By using personalization on your mailing piece – you can dramatically increase your response rate.

The level of personalization you can achieve will depend solely on the amount of data in your mail list or database.

If the data is available – the entire design can be changed based on things like: age, gender, likes and interests and survey data you’ve collected etc.

The per piece cost is usually higher for personalized mailings when entire design elements change from recipient to recipient because of the amount of programming involved, but if done correctly the level of response that can be achieved will negate the higher cost.

If you don’t have the data available to do heavy personalization, we can still do simpler and less costly options like:

  • Mailing Address
  • Fill out a form using the recipients information
